Release 2.0.0 (Mar 26, 2019)

New features

New UI: The User interface for the IA client is completely new, making it easier for users to navigate between modules and inside individual modules.

  • When you have opened a page within a module, simply click the "X" icon on the far top right to go back to the previous screen.
  • Cards are collapsible. If you click on a card, for instance the filter card, it will collapse. Click again to expand.

New Missions module: The brand new Missions module is now available, indicated with the drone symbol. This module will show data from any live drone mission in near real time. The Missions module work together with the updated Mobile Ground Station app.

Improved Mobile Ground Station app: With the new version of the Mobile Ground Station app you now can create missions on the fly, and send live data from your DJI drone directly to the IA Client. The app supports both low resolution video captures and upload of high resolution images after the flight.

Improved Reports module: Verified observations can be now exported to Excel and worked with externally.

New media import module: The new media import module makes it easy to upload up to 100 images at a time directly to IA for analysis.

Share: You may now share an image or an observation with a different user. Simply click the "Share" icon and get a link to the image or observation. You may email the link to another user, and the image or observation may be seen in either a web browser, a mobile phone, or a tablet.

Lots of minor improvements: There are countless improvements to the user experience. Try out the new client and be amazed.

  • Improved backend service to update live status on drone missions.
  • Fixed backend reconnection problems after losing internet connection.
  • Navigating back to the correct position in image gallery when closing image in full-view.

  • It is now possible to add a note and an external reference to an observation.
  • You may also verify observations.
  • Verified observations can be exported to an external system via the report module and the CSV report.
